Não tinha água quente, o wifi prometido afinal só deveria funcionar no hall da entrada e nem aí funcionou.

„Sehr einfach zu finden, es war sauber und ruhig.

Sehr einfach zu finden, es war sauber und ruhig. Ausstattung im Zimmer für eine Übernachtung ausreichend. Parkplatz direkt nebenan und kostenlos.

Leider war die Rezeption bei unserer Ankunft gg 22:00 nicht besetzt. Wir haben jmd gesucht, fanden den Barkeeper, dieser war der Meinung das eigtl. jemand da sein sollte... kurzer Hand hat er uns dann eingecheckt. Ebenfalls beim checkout war niemand an der Rezeption, wir haben dann den Schlüssel dort einfach liegen lassen.

Hochwertiges Frühstück , Freundliches Personal. Einfaches Hotel, aber alles sauber, ordentlich und preiswert. Liegt an der Hauptstraße, das war für mich sehr praktisch. Für Ruhebedürftige aber wahrscheinlich von Nachteil

„Preis-Leistung ist top!

Sehr freundliches Personal!!! Frühstück und Abendessen sind ein reichhaltiges Buffet, somit ist für jeden etwas dabei. Bad+Zimmer sind sehr sauber.

Die zweier Zimmer sind etwas klein für 2 Personen mit großen Koffern, reicht aber trotzdem vollkommen.

Nothing good to say

1. Room were not clean 2. Only towers for 2, we were 3 persons. 3. Reception said we could not pay dinner with card, only cash. Big frustration. 4. The receptionist said that dinner cost 8 euro, but when enter the POOR and bad taste buffet, price was 17 euros NO drinks included. 5. The room was very small, and SMELLED of smoke and sweat. 6. There were no light/illumination available on the stairs. 7. Staff were stressing on us, because we need to claim new towels twice, which finally came - but til late to dress for dinner. 8. Parking lot was closed on day of arrival, but with lots of space. We needed to park the car on the very trafficked road. 9. Breakfast included was POOR. 10. The staff very discussing a lot with each other in front of the guests and us. 11. One of the waiters were biting nails in the restaurant several times, when also serving people. 12. The bathroom very to small to enter for a normal male person. Furthermore, there was no soap in the dispensers at the sink and in bath. 13. The door to the bath could not close, so water ran out the floor and on our things. Lack of towels, made us necessary to use our dirty clothes to clean up. 14. The bar did only take cash. We are in year 2020. Wont ever return to that shithole again. Best would be if we get total price compensated caused of a really BAD experience, and a fatal level of service, food, bad and misleading information and more..

Beakfast was ok. The staff not so friendly.In all the hotel you look for Wifi. I you have to do your fly checking on line dont hope to do over there.I dont advice this hotel.

Not responding to 3* hotel level

The breakfast and dinner were acceptable

The service was not well communicated - the restaurant staff didnot know that my room included dinner so took my phone to go show to reception... they should be better communicated. Upon check out the receptionist was rude and rolling his eyes at my friend as he was stressed and overworked - you should have more than one receptionist when you know people will check out on a Sunday and theres a queue waiting. The room i booked was single - i got one with 3 beds ????‍️????‍️????‍️

Reception staff were helpful and the room was warm

No working WiFi and mainly accessed from one floor but even that didn’t work. No fridge or kettle in the room so you couldn’t get a hot drink when you wanted. Shower was awful you pretty much hugged the wall and a lot of water leaked onto the floor. There was a red stain which looked like blood going down one of the walls. Breakfast was very basic and super unhealthy. All bread was white and only meat and cheese offered. Nothing for vegetarians or vegans and no healthy alternatives. There wasn’t much around so we drove to other places for food and supermarkets. We wasted a lot of food because we thought that the room was self catering but it actual fact you couldn’t even ask the chef to boil broccoli because he said no. It’s a overpriced hostel with very little facilities. I wouldn’t stay again.

Good location, good price /quality relation, Beds were comfy, the room and bath were clean Friendly staff at reception and restaurant/ bar !.

In the night was no Internet connection and the signal weak anyway. Breakfast from 8:00- 10:00 am only and if you plan activities early. Then you won’t get any breakfast.... Rooms are very small and the bathroom was even smaller. I thought I am in a hotel room in Tokyo...

Incredible value hotel, comfortable and friendly staff - especially in the bar.

The rooms were ok, showers hot, but the bar was really excellent. Great value, table football, pool and darts were excellent!

The breakfast was a little basic but generally ok - great for the price. The biggest challenge we all had was the shower screen, they kind of pull out from a reel and were very hard to latch on. Small problem really, but still a bit frustrating!

Good staff, but very bad hotel quality

The staff did their best despite their work environment.

I was very very disappointed with my stay. The hotel did not correspond to the minimum standard. There was no hot water in the shower. After 8 hours of skiing, it was very difficult to take a lukewarm shower. The radiators did not heat enough. I was cold at night when I slept. The window did not close, so the cold entered in the room. The shower was very tiny. The shower door is a plastic sheet (!!!). There was no WIFI in the rooms. The only WIFI is in the living room but it does not work well. So, I could not book an other hotel elsewhere to leave. I was stuck! In the room, there were not enough quilts. There was hairs in the sheets of my bed. The view of my room was on a cliff. There was plenty of garbage behind. #Disgusting. To go out at night, you must let the room keys at the reception. The worst and last point, after taking my breakfast, I took 2 small clementines to eat on the road to go skiing BUT the waiter told me that I had to let the fruits because it's forbidden to eat food of the hotel outside the hotel. #JustCrazy.

Incredibly awful

Clean, parking. Susana (the night receptionist) was really helpful, but it's that much she could do (try to comfort us).

This was not a 3 stars hotel, it is a 1 star hostel type. The room was small, old, not well maintained. The beds were metallic and simple, and the heating was not properly working. It got extremely cold during the night. We left after the 1st night, even if they refused to return the amount for the 2nd (they made us pay at check in). We paid for dinner also - drinks not included (not mentioned at the reservation) - and the restaurant only accepted cash payments. Breakfast poor and of low quality. Bad treatment from the employees (at check-out the receptionist told me that I'm an idiot, the heating is working, so why complain?).

I did the reservation more tan 2 months in advance and when I arrived to the hotel I was told we didn´t have the rooms we booked. I had to discuss a lot with the staff to get rooms for the family and we didn´t receive the ones we booked.

Everything. Bad service and the rooms in very poor conditions: sockets not working, the door of the bathroom was not closing, shower in bad conditions.

El trato del personal.

Ante todo el trato del personal fué excepcional. Muy amables y super atentos. Pero... A relacion calidad precio.. dejar que desear. Pagas por una habitacion doble y estas en 1habitacion que parece para 1 persona, siendo muy pequeña y la ventana muy pequeña la qual da a una pared sin ninguna vista... Pagas por tener wifi y resulta estar capada en todos sitios excepto en el bar, que evidentemente si no consumes no vas a estar solo por la wifi. Ellos te dicen que es por el alto numero de clientes que no funciona, pero no es asi. Pagamos por una media pension y resulta que el agua y el vino hay que pagarlo a parte. Una botella de 33cl de agua te vale 2€, creo que es un robo a mano armada. Por terminar de arreglar-lo la comida no era muy variable y practicamente todos los días había lo mismo. Para almorzar ni rebanadas de pan normal, solo bimbo y con el embutido queso jamon dulce y chorizo. Ni jamon salado, nada de chocolate ni siquiera nesquik para los niños! Vale que te sale barato pero no creo que haya que "escatimar" tanto.. La ubicación, para aparcar si llegabas temprano bien, sino el parquing muy pequeño y la calle sin ningun hueco. Tampoco tenias ninguna opcion para despues de cenar salir a dar una vuelta, pues esta a pie de carretera y casi alas afueras del pueblo, si no tienes coche nada. En definitiva, la atencion excelente pero no volveremos

El colchón era súper malo como torcido, sin dormir toda la noche y la mañana con dolor de espalda, baño muy pequeño, la próxima si me invitan no hoy en este hotel,a final el barato sale caro

Buena situación y desayuno aceptable por el precio pagado.

Buena situación y desayuno aceptable por el precio pagado. La zona de futbolin, billar y dardos.

Falta iluminación en los pasillos, habitaciones dobles con camas divididas y pequeñas, wc pésimo. La cerradura de la habitación desde dentro no podiamos abrir y lo tuvimos que arreglar nosotros, falta de mantenimiento en general...sin duda no volveremos y no tiene nada que ver con lo que se enseña en fotos. En la cena no entra la bebida y se tiene que pagar en metálico, al igual que el bar.
